Toray’s Safety and Environmental Policy

Our ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications confirm our commitment to the environment. The safety of our employees and facilities is our number one priority.

Toray Carbon Fibers Europe is aware of the environmental impact of its manufacturing activities. We are continually working to improve our manufacturing processes and our sites’ energy performance to reduce our carbon footprint. A company’s energy performance rating is a key factor when selecting new suppliers or equipment.
Our energy management system is based on selected energy performance indicators that allow us to monitor and assess our results. The best practices already deployed on our sites and the strong support from our Management led us to obtaining the ISO 50001 certification.
