Toray Group to Exhibit Next Generation Composite Technologies at JEC World 2025
Tokyo, Japan, February 21, 2025 – Toray Industries, Inc., a global leader in advanced composite material technologies, announced today that five of its group companies will exhibit at JEC World 2025, the leading international trade show for the composites industry (Paris, France, from March 4th to 6th).
The Toray Group will showcase two booths. The main booth (Hall 6/E05) will focus on ‘creating new value and a sustainable future through technology and collaboration’. Visitors will be able to explore the extensive capabilities of Toray’s vertically integrated organization and its global operations. The showcased technologies will include TORAYCATM carbon fiber, advanced towpreg, high-performance thermoset composite materials, and CetexTM thermoplastic composites, and their application development laboratories focused on research and innovation. Zoltek, a Toray Group company specializing in large-tow industrial-grade carbon fiber will be exhibiting in Hall 5 at booth 5H21 together with filament winding company Engineering Technology Corporation.

Key exhibits across Sustainability, Mobility, Energy, and Quality of Life zones include a next-generation space launcher tank that utilizes hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen tanks, high-performance components for electric vehicles, bicycles, items made from bio-circular carbon fiber, and items made from recycled carbon fiber reinforced thermoset composites, underlining Toray’s commitment to be more sustainable throughout the value chain from carbon fiber to recycling of parts.
Toray Industries, Inc. will participate alongside its European subsidiary companies: Toray Carbon Fibers Europe (carbon fiber and intermediate materials), Toray Advanced Composites (intermediate materials), Composite Materials Italy (fabrics and prepregs) and Delta Preg (prepregs).
